Continued Education Opportunities
We are committed to supporting employees as they grow their careers in healthcare. Team members have access to continued education opportunities, including loan reimbursement programs for RNs and LPNs, along with career pathway support for CNAs interested in advancing to become LPNs or RNs. Scholarship opportunities are also available to help employees continue their education while building a long-term career serving veterans.
Nursing Assistant Training Program
Start your healthcare career with a paid pathway to certification through our on-site Nursing Assistant Training Program. Designed to prepare future Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for success, the program provides hands-on learning in a supportive environment focused on compassionate veteran care.
On-Site CNA Classes
Classes are conveniently held on-site, allowing students to learn in the same environment where they may begin their careers. Open positions are listed in our application portal under “PAID Training Programs.”
Paid Training & Career Opportunities
Students are paid throughout the training program and gain valuable experience directly within our communities. Upon successful completion of the class, participants are guaranteed a full-time position, creating a direct pathway into a meaningful healthcare career serving veterans.
Program Details
The Nursing Assistant Program offers four classes each year with up to 10 students per class, providing personalized instruction and support throughout the certification process.
