We provide exemplary housing and health-related services to veterans and their family members from our beautiful, well-appointed facilities in The Dalles and Lebanon. The VCCO staff is dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of our incredible residents through honor and compassion, with care that always puts veterans first.

To provide housing and health-related services to persons in Oregon who are in or have been in the armed services.
Comprehensive Care Services
VCCO offers a wide range of services designed to support the physical, emotional, and personal well-being of veterans in a compassionate and respectful environment. Each service is focused on helping residents maintain comfort, dignity, independence, and connection throughout daily life.
Clinical & Medical Services
Our clinical and medical services provide veterans with access to skilled nursing care, medication management, wound care support, and personalized care planning focused on safety, comfort, and overall well-being.
Rehabilitation & Recovery Services
Rehabilitation services are designed to help residents regain strength, mobility, independence, and confidence following illness, injury, or hospitalization through personalized therapy and recovery support.
Memory & Cognitive Support
We provide specialized memory care and cognitive support services in structured, supportive environments designed to promote comfort, familiarity, and quality of life for veterans living with dementia or memory-related conditions.
Daily Living & Personal Care Services
Daily living services help residents maintain comfort, dignity, and independence through nutritional support, personal care services, transportation assistance, and other essential resources that support everyday life.
Emotional, Social & Spiritual Support
Our communities offer opportunities for social connection, recreation, emotional support, and spiritual care to help veterans build meaningful relationships, stay engaged, and maintain a strong sense of purpose and well-being.

Nestled on a hillside overlooking the majestic Columbia River, The Dalles veterans’ home offers residents beautiful panoramic views of the city and river, The Dalles Dam and breathtaking Mount Hood. Residents receive skilled nursing, rehabilitation and memory care from highly-trained and experienced staff with the knowledge and understanding to meet the unique needs of veterans and their family members. The Dalles regularly treats residents to exciting activities both on- and off-campus, from pig races to fishing trips!

The Lebanon veterans’ home’s modern, neighborhood-style campus provides residents the opportunity to maintain their independent life and routines, connect with their community and enjoy an extraordinary quality of life. Residents receive skilled nursing, rehabilitation and memory care from highly-trained and experienced staff with the knowledge and understanding to meet the unique needs of veterans and their family members. Lebanon residents regularly take part in on- and off-campus activities, from live music to overnight camping or casino trips!
