Chanda is a dedicated healthcare professional and Licensed Nursing Home Administrator with a strong background in long-term care and nursing leadership. She began her career in long term care as a Registered Nurse, where she developed a passion for caring for some of the most vulnerable members of our communities.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Boise State University and went on to serve as a Resident Care Manager for three years, gaining valuable experience in clinical leadership, resident-centered care, and healthcare operations. In 2020, she furthered her career by completing an Administrator-in-Training (AIT) program and becoming a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
Chanda has remained committed to creating compassionate, supportive, and positive environments for both residents and healthcare professionals. She believes that strong teams and a positive culture are essential to providing exceptional care. Serving Veterans is a particular honor for Chanda. She believes every Veteran deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, compassion, and gratitude for the service they have given to our country.
