Bryan began his career in long-term care as the Project Manager for Westcare Management, Inc. in 1994. He quickly transitioned to the Administrator of Merit Homes Services — a position he held until Merit was sold in 1997. At that time, he accepted the position of Controller for Westcare and its affiliated organizations — a position which he holds today. In 1998, Bryan finished his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Management and Organizational Leadership. As Controller, he oversees accounts receivable, accounts payable, and oversees cash flow management for all Westcare operated entities — providing audits, budgetary tools, and reports that are essential for the efficient day-to-day operations. Bryan is a founding member of the Veterans Care Centers of Oregon board of directors.
