Jason brings to the board a broad range of talents that VCCO feels will be valuable to the operation of our board. He is a Veteran, having served active duty from 2001 to 2006 in the Navy as a Petty Officer Second Class in the Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 4 based out of Port Hueneme, CA, during which he was deployed to Okinawa, Iraq, and Sicily. Upon being discharged from the Navy he worked a variety of jobs including serving in the Reserve Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 18 based out of Portland, where he currently serves as a Petty Officer First Class supervising 50 personnel.

In 2014 Jason graduated Magna cum Laude from Portland State University with a degree in accounting, and began a career with Moss Adams, LLP in Portland as a tax accountant. In 2016 he was promoted to Senior Tax Accountant and received his CPA in 2017. In 2018 Jason decided to make a career change when an opportunity presented itself for him to combine his accounting education with his extensive knowledge of construction management that he acquired in the Navy, and joined Western Partitions, Inc., as a Project Engineer. In addition to serving on the Board of VCCO, Jason also volunteers at Three rivers VFW Post 1324, in Oregon City.
