Abraham Andrade

Administrator/CEO – Lebanon

Ex Officio Board Member

Mr. Andrade obtained his certification as a Nurse’s Aide in 2007. He worked for two Skilled Nursing Facilities over two years and experienced the challenges associated with the recruitment and retention of staff. In 2009, Mr. Andrade accepted a job as a Staffing Coordinator & Human Resources Assistant for a rural Skilled Nursing Facility. In this role, he realized that the success of the Care Staff was dependent on effective leadership and returned to his academic journey. Mr. Andrade earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, and in 2014, became a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.

From October of that year to April 2017, Mr. Andrade worked as the Executive Director responsible for the operation of a 76-bed center in Eastern Oregon, which included a Skilled Nursing Unit, Memory Care, and a Gero-psych / Enhanced Care Unit. Mr. Andrade joined the Lebanon Team as the Assistant Administrator on April of 2017. His role as Assistant Administrator provided many opportunities such as, becoming a Quality Award Examiner for the American Healthcare Association. Mr. Andrade became the Administrator and CEO December 2019. While not a Veteran himself Mr. Andrade believes he can honor this country by being in the service of Veterans and their Families.
