The all-volunteer VCCO board is comprised of a mixture of individuals that are mostly Veterans from various branches of the service. Some board members are former employees of the Oregon Department of Veterans Affairs. We have a board member from each of the counties wherein the two homes are located, and there are four board members from the management company with whom VCCO contracts to provide the day to day management.
